If you have NOT consistently worn your retainer your teeth may have shifted and a new retainer will not fit over shifted teeth. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality well-fitting retainer, if we see any discrepancies we will call you immediately.

Customized Retainers: All retainers are meticulously customized exclusively for you. As a result, they are no longer eligible for returns or refunds unless they fall within the guidelines of our Fit Guarantee.
Fabrication & Shipping Times: Each retainer is custom-made, starting with your intraoral scan, ensuring its accuracy, creating your prescription, 3D printing your tooth model, and then fabricating the retainer. The entire process usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity. Shipping time varies but typically takes 2-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days from the day of your order to receive your retainers. Retainers For Life is not responsible for shipments that are delivered late due to carrier delays.
Changes to Tooth Anatomy: If you undergo any changes in your tooth anatomy, such as dental work, crowns, fillings, gum inflammation, or reduction of gum inflammation, we strongly advise you to contact your orthodontist and arrange an appointment for an updated scan. Retainers For Life cannot guarantee a perfect fit for your retainer if there are changes to your tooth anatomy.
